摘    要:采用微量化样品前处理技术,以固相萃取为净化方法.电喷雾正离子多反应监测方式建立了尿样及动物组织中β-兴奋剂残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱联用测定法。检测的定量限在0.15~0.6ng/g,线性范围均大于10^3,线性方程的相关系数大于0.999,组织样品和尿样的回收率大于70%.

Abstract:The LC-MS-MS method is presented to analyze agonists residues in urine and animal tissue, using microchemical sample pretreatment technique combined with solid-phase extraction method. Analytes identification and quantification were performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with one precursor ion and three to four product ions as identifiers and electrospray ionization in positive mode. Limits of quantification were 0.15-0.6 ng/g for Clenbuterol and Saltbutamol in different samples; linear range were over 102, correlation coefficients of linear regression equations were above 0.999 and the recovery was over 70%.
