氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中的锡

摘    要:考察了使用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中的锡时,酸介质、酸介质浓度、硼氢化钾浓度、遮蔽剂对荧光值的影响. 方法线性范围为0~250 ng/mL,相关系数为0.999 5,回收率为88.7%~102.74%,相对标准偏差为2.29%~3.58%.

Abstract:Solid-phase microextraction (SPME), as a new extraction technology, has gained widespread acceptance for the analyte matrix separation at trace level due to its high sensitivity, rapidity, simplicity and easiness to couple with other instruments. The core part of SPME technique is the SPME fiber. In this paper, the latest research development centred on the characteristics of SPME fiber, including the stability at high temperature and in organic solvents, service life, and selectivity is introduced, and their future development is predicted.
