摘    要:毛细管电色谱是近年来发展起来的微分离技术。较炙系统地综述了毛细管电色谱的进展以及其分离效能的因素,柱子类型和制柱相关技术、概括了它的适应范围,并且指出了它的发展趋势,引用文献68篇。

Abstract:In recent years, capillary electrochromatography(CEC) has becoming a new microseparation and microanalysis tool. The advances of the method are systematically reviewed with 68 references in the present paper. Several factors of CEC, including the effect of the experiment conditions on separation, the types of column with its relative preparation and its application, are also fully detailed.
