对硫磷分子印迹石英压电微天平的构建条件考察及应用

摘    要:采用对硫磷为模板,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙腈为溶剂,热引发沉淀聚合制备对硫磷分子印迹聚合物微球.用包埋法将该印迹物固定在电极表面构建石英压电微天平传感器,并对电极上包埋的印迹物用量、pH等影响因素进行分析.最后将传感器应用于蔬菜中对硫磷的检测.结果显示,方法构建的分子印迹压电石英传感器对对硫磷有良好的响应特性.当用该传感器对蔬菜中对硫磷残留进行检测时,前处理过程中无需除去蔬菜的色素,且检测时间短.石英压电微天平传感器可以用于蔬菜中对硫磷的快速检测.

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) microspheres were prepared by heat-initiated-precipitation polymerization using Parathion,methacrylic acid(MAA),ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA),azobisisobutyronitrle(AIBN) and acetonitrile as the template,functional monomer,cross-linker,initiator,and solvent respectively.The polymer particles were fixed on the electrode surface of the quartz crystal microbalance(QCM),then the response and the influence factor of the QCM such as the quantity of MIP fixed on the electrode and pH were evaluated.This QCM we use to detect Parathion in vegetables.The result showed that the MIP-coated QCM can effectively detect Parathion on removal of vegetables pigment is recsary in the pretreatment,and the detecting time is short.The QCM can be used to detect Parathion in vegetables.
