摘    要:对一种很有发展前途的分离制备技术一模拟移动床技术进行了评述,介绍了模拟移动床的发展历史、制备原理、最优化理论、应用领域及发展前景。

Abstract:Simulated moving bed (SMB) technology as an increasingly used separation and preparation technique is reviewed in this paper. The history of its development and principle operation are introduced in details. The major applications of SMB chromatography are also reviewed.
