无支持膜法TiO2纳米管透射电镜观察

摘    要:用透射电镜观察纳米量级的样品,通常要承载在具有支持膜的铜风上观察,铜网上制膜虽然有多种方法,但者需要有一定的过程,经过实践,我们采取无支持膜法用铜网直接捞取TiO2纳米管样品,在诱射电镜下观察获得了比较满意的结果。

Abstract:The copper net with support film is usually used for observation of nano materials by transmission electron microscope (TEM). However the methods to prepare specimen on the copper net take much time and to be expensive. A new method without film on the copper net was developed. TiO\-2 nano tube specimen was mounted on the copper net in the case of filmless and successfully observed under TEM. The result was sufficient satisfactory.
