| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the research and application of enzyme inhibition on rapid detection of pesticide residues. The disadvantages and advantages of enzyme inhibition spectrophotometry and immobilization of enzyme were described. Research of the preparation and application of enzyme electrode is a hotspot. |
