摘    要:氨纶是一种聚氨酯弹性纤维,应用领域广阔. 在对氨纶生产过程中产生的大量废丝进行回收重复利用时,所添加的油剂会对甬道发生堵塞,因此在氨纶废丝回收之前需要对其进行清洗来控制油剂的含量. 运用裂解气相色谱-质谱法(PY-GC/MS)建立了1种测试氨纶废丝中油剂残余含量的方法. 方法简单快捷,无需任何样品前处理,为氨纶废丝的清洗工作,尤其是工业化清洗生产提供了准确可靠的数据.

Abstract:Spandex is a polyurethane elastic fiber known for its wide range of applications. A large amount of spandex waste is generated during the production process, which needs to be recycled. Because the filature oil of the spandex waste would block the spin system during the production process, to control the content of filature oil before the spandex waste is recycled is necessary. In this paper, a new method to determine the residual oil content in spandex waste is established using the pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method is simple, efficient, and without any sample pretreatment, the method can provide accurate and reliable residual oil data for the cleaning work of spandex waste, especially for the industrial cleaning purpose.
