摘    要:采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS-MS)检测了烟草中的克百威和抗蚜威两种氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留量。样品用乙腈超声波提取,以甲醇-50mmol甲酸铵为梯度流动相,C18柱分离,电喷雾正离子选择反应监测(SRM)模式定量分析。结果表明,克百威和抗蚜威的平均加标回收率为96.05%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.7%。样品前处理不含净化和浓缩步骤,操作简单。

Abstract:Carbofuran and pirimicarb in tobacco were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass/mass spectrometry.The method is based on extraction by ultrasonication using acetonitrile.Satisfactory separation was achieved on C18 column using a mobile phase consisting of CH3OH-50 mmol/L ammonium formate.Ionization was performed in the electrospray(ESI) mode and quantitative analysis was carried out using the selective reaction monitering(SRM) mode.The recoveries ranged from 96.05% to 104.0% with relative standard deviations between 2.8% and 5.7%.As the analytical procedure does not include any concentration or clean up steps,it is easy and fast to be performed.
