摘    要:对砷铈催化光度法这一微量碘的最常用测定方法进行了改进,取消了原方法中所有的水浴步骤,选用了更合适的反应器皿和反应终止剂,对试剂纯化进行了讨论,碘含量为0 ̄1000μg/L的范围内,校正曲线的线性相关系数大于0.999。

Abstract:kinetic spectrophotometric assay based on the iodinecatalyzed Ce4+As3+ redox reaction is presented for the determination of iodine. No water bath is needed. The determining time was shortened. The purification of reagent, the vessel of reaction, and the selection of terminating reagent were discussed. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve is higher than 0.999.
