Several Key Technical Problems in Quantitative Analysis by Raman Spec-troscopy

In doing quantitative analysis with Ra-man spectroscopy,one must not only studythe theory itself,but should also investigatedeep into the technical theory and operationtechniques as well,This paper discuesses indetail several key technical problems in thisaspect,such as the appearance of non-lin-earity of the calibration curve,the conceptand proper use of internal standard and ex-ternal standard methods,the techniques inincreasing the spectral intensity, drawing ofthe analytical curve,integrating of the spec-tral peaks,correct understanding and selec-tion of vairous parameters of the Romanspectroscope,etc. thus doing useful explo-ration in the founding of integrated theoryand techniques in the quantitative analysiswith Raman spectroscopy.
