| 摘 要： | 研究了奶粉中多环芳烃的气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)测定方法. 样品经甲醇-KOH皂化后用甲苯提取, 提取液经微孔滤膜过滤后用气相色谱质谱仪测定其含量, 外标法定量. 结果16种PAHs的回收率范围为92.0%～106%;RSD为2.2%～4.7%. 方法能同时分离16种PAHs, 适合于奶粉中多环芳烃的分析测定.
