摘    要:用薄层色谱-紫外分光光度法分离和测定溴敌隆乳油中的有效成份,样品以甲醇-乙酸乙酯-石油醚(10:20:8)为展开剂在硅胶G板上展开,在波长262nm处测定分析,方法在0.25-1.50mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.08mg/mL,RSD值为1.9%(n=10),回收率97.1%-102.1%。

Abstract:A new method for separation and determination of bromadiolone inemulsifiable concentrate by thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was described. The components in the emulsifiable concentrate were separated on a silicagel G plate with the mixture of methanol-ethylacetate-petroleumether (10∶20∶8) as developer.The concentration of bromadiolone was determined by UV absorption spectroscopy at 262 nm.The linear range for bromodiolone is 0.25~1.50 mg/mL with detection limit of 0.08 mg/mL. RSD was less than 1.9% (n=10) and the recovery was between 97.1%~102.1%.
