摘    要:建立了一种由竹炭作为固相萃取高效吸附剂富集环境水样中痕量三氯生的新方法. 研究并优化了几个影响富集效率的参数. 在优化条件下, 三氯生的检测限为0.08 μg/L, 在1~100 μg/L 范围内有良好的线性关系, 相对标准偏差为2.9% (n=7). 方法可应用于实际废水样品的分析.

Abstract:In this article, a new method based on using bamboo charcoal as a solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the enrichment and determination of triclosan has been developed. Several related factors that may influence the enrichment efficiency were investigated and optimized in detail. Under the optimum conditions, the limit of detection was 0.08 μg/L. There was good linearity (R2=0.9969) over the range 1~100 μg/L and good reproducibility with relative standard deviation of 2.9% (n=7). The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of real wastewater samples and satisfactory results were obtained.
