| 摘 要： | 建立了超高效亲水作用色谱-蒸发光散射(UP-HILIC-ELSD)检测牛磺酸颗粒和牛磺酸滴眼液中牛磺酸含量的方法.样品采用乙腈-水稀释,在超高效酰胺基(Amide)亲水作用色谱柱中分离,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度程序洗脱,蒸发光检测器测定.牛磺酸绝对质量在2.5～100 ng时浓度与峰面积响应呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r...

| Abstract: | A method using ultra-performance hydrophilic interaction chromatography with evaporative light-scattering detection(UP-HILIC-ELSD) was developed for determining the contents of taurine in granules and eye drops.Acetonitrile-water was used as diluted solution and the separation is carried out on UPLC amide column.Acetonitrile-water was selected as the mobile phase and the gradient eluted programm was used.The taurine was detected with ELSD.The good linear was obtained in the range of 2.5 ng-100 ng(r=0.9998).... |
