摘    要:建立了饮品中牛磺酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。采用2,4-二硝基氯苯90℃下衍生30 min,冷至室温后离心,取上清液10μL进样分析。以甲醇-KH2PO4为流动相梯度洗脱,360nm紫外检测,柱温20℃,流速1 mL/min。结果显示牛磺酸至少在0.02~200 mg/L范围内线性良好(r=0.999),回收率在97.5%~114.0%之间,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)分别为0.40%和5.8%,方法已用于饮品中牛磺酸含量的测定。

Abstract:A method of reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) coupled with an ultraviolet detecor(UV) was developed for the determination of taurine in drinks.Samples were derivatized by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene for 30 minutes at 90 ℃ and then chromatographically separated on a C18 column.The binary mobile phase,which was composed of methanol and 0.01 mol/l monopotassium phosphate,was run at a flow rate of 1 mL/min flow rate and column temperature of 20 ℃.The recoveries were in the rang of 97.5%~114.0%.The linear range was 0.02~200 mg/L(r=0.999).The intra-and inter-day relative standard deviations(RSDs) were 0.40% and 5.8% respectively.
