摘    要:基于酸性条件下溴化钠对NaIO4-H2O2-卡马西平化学发光反应体系具有明显的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术建立了一种测定卡马西平的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为1.0×10-9~8.0×10-6g/mL,检出限为3.6×10-10g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.5%(c=2.0×10-7g/mL,n=11),回收率在98.4%~100.6%间.

Abstract:In this paper,based on the obvious enhancing effect of sodium bromide on the NaIO4-H2O2-carbamazepine chemiluminescence reaction system under acidic conditions and combining with the flow injection analysis,a new method for the determination of carbamazepine was proposed.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the proposed CL method for carbamazepine was from 1.0×10-10g/mL to 8.0×10-6g/mL with the detection limit of 3.6 × 10-10g/mL.The relative standard deviation was 2.5%(ρ= 2.0×10-6 g / mL,n=11),and recoveries test range were 98.4% ~ 100.6%.Furthermore,the developed method has been successfully applied to the determination of carbamazepine tablets.
