摘    要:建立了一种简单的在线检测煤热解过程中气态硫选出的方法-程序升温热解-火焰光度检测法(TPD-FPD),该方法适用于煤的连续热处理过程。检测装置由可实现程序升温的微型热解反应器(TPD)、在线的火焰光度检测器(FPD)及数据采集系统构成。应用此方法分别对神木煤、依兰煤进行了分析,得到了其气态硫选出的动态特征谱图。并通过对比实验验证了此方法的准确性及重复性。结果表明:TPD-FPD是一种研究热解过程中煤中硫向气态迁移的有效的在线分析手段。

Abstract:An on line analysis method was established to monitor sulfur in gas phase during coal pyrolysis. It was used to study the continuous thermal processes of coal. The setup consisted of a fixed bed micro reactor for temperature programmed decomposition (TPD) of coal, and an on line flame photometric detector (FPD) with sulfur filter, and a data collection system. As an example, Shenmu coal and Yilan coal were analyzed by this method, and the kinetogram profiles for released sulfur in gas phase were obtained. The accuracy and repeatability were tested for this method. It was proved that TPD FPD was a powerful tool for investigating released sulfur in coal pyrolysis.
