摘    要:应用激光熔蚀-等离子体质谱法,以Fe作内标,定量地测定了太平洋海山顶部锰结壳中,自核心到核表面不同层次中的30多个微量元素的含量。;应用压片法制作了锰结壳的样,应用激光熔蚀对此管理样的均匀作了考察,表明此样基本均匀,可以作为激光等离子体质谱法测定锰结壳的标准。

Abstract:Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determin thirty trace elements from the center to the edge of the manganese concretion. Iron was used as an internal standard. The sample was from the top of sea mountain in the Pacific Ocean. The artificial standard sample was made by pressing the powder of the manganese concretion, and the homogeneity of this standard was tested by laser ablation. The results showed that this artificial standard sample is well homogeneous for the determination of trace elements in manganese concretion.
