摘    要:建立了微波萃取-GC/MS联用法测定橡胶及其制品中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法,通过实验优化了萃取溶剂、萃取时间、萃取温度等微波萃取条件和16种PAHs的分离和测定条件。用加标回收方法试验确定方法的准确度。结果表明:16种PAHs检出限(S/N=5)为0.002~0.01 mg/L,平均回收率为63.58%~100.5%,RSD为1.9%~9.9%。该方法可以满足橡胶及其制品中多环芳烃的检测要求。

Abstract:In this paper,a method was established for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in rubber and rubber product by microwave extraction coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.The optimum conditions for extraction,such as extraction solvent,time and temperature of extraction were studied in detail,and the separation and determination parameters of 16 PAHs were optimized too.PAHs were spiked to evaluate the accuracy of the method.The limits of detection(S/N=5) was 0.002 to 0.01 mg/L.The average recoveries varied from 63.58% to 100.5% while the relative standard derivations of the precision experiment ranged from 1.9% to 9.9%.This method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of PAHs in rubber and rubber product.
