Abstract:Biosensors with higher sensitivity in rapid detection of trace mycotoxin contamination have attracted world attention.In addition to high selectivity similar to antibodies,aptamers also have unique advantages such as in vitro synthesis and easy modification,and have become commonly used identification elements in biosensors.With the development of the exponentially enriched ligand system evolution(SELEX)technology,more and more mycotoxin aptamers have been screened,providing basic conditions for the detection of different mycotoxins.In addition,the integration of aptamers and novel nanomaterials have extended the scope of biometric recognition and sensing in biosensing systems.In recent years,optical and electrochemical biosensors are quite fascinating detection modes for ultrasensitive screening of mycotoxin.Thus,this review summarized the principles,characteristics and the application progress of these two aptamer-based biosensors,as well as discussed the current problems and future prospect.
