Abstract:Air pollution is a major issue related to people’s life and health and the harmonious development of economy and society.Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)are a new kind of porous materials with the characteristics of diverse topological structure,ordered pore structure,large specific surface,high porosity,etc.MOFs can improve the adsorption performance and selectivity by adjusting the length and functional groups of organic ligands,the pore size and pore shape,and post-modification of functional sites on the pore.The MOFs show good structural,thermal and acid-base stability,recyclability and regeneration,and have excellent adsorption/separation performance in the adsorption of air pollutants.In this paper,MOFs materials for the adsorption and removal of SO2,NO2,CO,VOCs and other air pollutants are mainly reviewed,and the future research direction and prospects are discussed.
