高效液相色谱法测定塑料袋装食品中的邻苯二甲酸酯

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定用塑料袋盛装的食品中的邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs),供试的食品为馒头、油饼、黄瓜和番茄.用同种塑料食品袋与纸袋分别盛装30 min,进行高速分散后超声波提取15 min,经弗罗里硅土层析柱净化,后用高效液相色谱进行分析,外标法定量.该方法的加标回收率为82.7%~107.6%,RSD为1.4%~6.9%,检出限DMP为0.988 ng,DEP为0.749 ng,DBP为0.702 ng,DEHP为1.920 ng.

Abstract:The content of phthalates(PAEs) in food which was packed by plastic bags were studied by high performance liquid chromatography.Steamed breads,seedcakes,cucumberes and tomato were packed by the same kind of plastic bags or paper bags for 30 min.After high-speed dispersed and ultrasonic distilled for 15 min,the samples were purified by florisil pillar and analyzed by HPLC.Quantitative analysis was performed with external standard method.The recoveries were from 82.7% to 107.6%,RSDs were from 1.4% to 6.9%,limit of detection of DMP was 0.988 ng,0.749 ng for DEP,0.702 ng for DBP and 1.920 ng for DEHP.
