摘    要:建立了测定8种植物源食品中四溴菊酯残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品以乙酸乙酯为提取剂,经浓缩、净化,用流动相定容,采用高效液相色谱分离,以串联质谱在多反应监测模式下测定。结果表明,四溴菊酯质量浓度在20~1000μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9998;在0.01、0.02和0.1 mg/kg(粮谷类样品)和0.005、0.01和0.05 mg/kg(果蔬类样品)添加水平下的回收率为81.6%~92.1%,相对标准偏差为4.0%~13%,定量限为0.01 mg/kg(粮谷类样品)和0.005 mg/kg(果蔬类样品)。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometries(HPLC-MS/MS) method has been developed for the determination of tralomethrin residue in plant-based foods.The sample extracted by ethyl acetate was finally dissolved in the mobile phase after the procedure of being concentrated and purified.Chromatographic separation was achieved by HPLC and the detection was performed by tandem mass spectrometry under the mode of multiple reaction monitoring.Results showed that in the range of 20~1000 μg/L the standard curve of tralomethrin was in good linearity,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The recoveries for tralomethrin at the addition of three levels(0.01,0.02,0.1mg/kg for cereals and 0.005,0.01,0.05 mg/kg for fruits and vegetables) were 81.6%~92.1% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were between 4.0% and 13%(n=6).The limits of quantation(S/N≥ 10) by the present method for tralomethrin were found to be 0.01 mg/kg for cereals and 0.005 mg/kg for fruits and vegetables.
