| 摘 要： | 从中国南海海绵 seletta tenuis lindgren 中分离出具有心血管活性的24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇(1)。通过各种波谱分析,推导其化学结构,并确定了~(13)C NMR 数据的归属。

| Abstract: | 24-Methylene-27-methylcholestrol(Ⅰ)was isolated by column chre- matographies of 95% ethyl alcohol's extract on silica gel and sephadex- LH-20 from the sponge scletta tenuis lindgren collected from South China Sea.From the IR,MS,MS-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and ~1H-~(13)C COSY data and comparing the data with those of cholesterols,the structure of the compound was designed as(Ⅰ)and its ~(13)C NMR data was assigned. |
