摘    要:对天然产品的需求导致人们对超临界CO2流体萃取的极大兴趣。本文综述了超临界CO2流体萃取在天然香料中的研究和应用进展并讨论了它与传统分离方法相比较时的优点。

Abstract:The demand for natural products has resulted in considerable interest in supercritical fluid extraction with carbon dioxide (SFE -CO2). In this paper the recent development of research and employment of SFE-CO2 in natural flavour and fragrance is reviewed and the advantages of SFE-CO2 as compared to conventional separation technologies are dIscussed.
