| Abstract: | The demand for natural products has resulted in considerable interest in supercritical fluid extraction with carbon dioxide (SFE -CO2). In this paper the recent development of research and employment of SFE-CO2 in natural flavour and fragrance is reviewed and the advantages of SFE-CO2 as compared to conventional separation technologies are dIscussed. |
