摘 要: | 本文从稻草(Oryza Sativa L.)中,按Bjorkman方法分离出磨木木素,然后测定其定量~(13)℃—NMR光谱。通过光谱分析,可知稻草木素有如下特征:稻草木素是由三种苯基丙烷结构单元组成:木素分子中含有大量的以酯键结合的对香豆酸及少量的取代酚酸。这些都与木材木素有明显的区别。

STUDY ON THE SPECIFICITY OF RICE STRAW LIGNIN BY ~(13)C-NMR SPECTRUM |

Abstract: | Milled gramineous lignin(MGL) was isolated from rice straw (Oryza Sativa L.), its quantitative ~(13)C-NMR spectrum was accorded by Brucker MW 500MHz spectrometer. The spectrum shows the MGL is composed of guaiacyl, syfingyl, and p-hydroxyphenyl units, and p-conumaric acid esterified with the lignin. The ratio of syringyl and guaiacyl is 0.88, lower than that of hardwood lignin. |
