花生油提取工艺研究

摘    要:以花生为原料,研究回流法,索式提取法和超声波辅助提取花生粗油脂的工艺条件,结果显示超声波提取在低温短时间内提取率有优势。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了超声波辅助提取花生粗油脂的工艺条件。结果表明:超声波辅助提取花生粗油脂工艺的最佳条件是:石油醚作为溶剂,料液比1:12(g/mL),提取温度35℃,提取时间25min,超...

Abstract:Using peanuts as raw materials, it explored the processing conditions of crude peanut oil by means of backflow method, Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction, which indicated that the extraction method of ultrasonic extraction obviously obtained advantage on condition of low temperature and short ultrasonic extraction rate. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction of crude peanut oil process conditions. The experimental results showed that: the best extraction processing condition of crude peanut oil appeared when using the method of ultrasonic-assisted extraction under which the solvent is petroleum ether, the solid-liquid ratio is 1 ; 12 (g/mL), the extracting temperature is 35℃, the extracting time is 25 min, the extracting power is 150 W and the extracting rate of 24.23%. The influences of various factors on the crude peanut oil extraction rate from high to low were listed as solid-liquid ratio, power, time and temperature respectively.
