摘    要:采用气相色谱-质谱提取离子的方法测定了生物检材中毒鼠强的含量。毒鼠强的线性范围为0.05-50ng,检出限为0.01ng,以苯为溶剂,毒鼠强的提取回收率为93.5%,RSD为4.96%(n=5)。方法准确、快速,适用于生物检材中毒鼠强的测定。

Abstract:A GC-MS-SIM procedure was described for the determination of the tetramine (TET) content in the biological samples. The detection limit of TET was 0.01 ng, and the standard curve was linear in the range of 0.05-50 ng. The average recover-y of TET with benzene is 93.5% , RSD =4.96% (n=5). The proposed method is rapid and accurate and has been satisfactorily used for the analysis of biological samples.
