摘    要:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对化妆品中Ba、Pb、Cd、Sb、Se、Cr、Hg、As8种有毒元素进行同时测定,通过试验确定了仪器参数和各元素的分析线。8种元素的浓度在0~10mg/L均与响应值呈线性关系,相关系数大于0.9995。8种元素测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%(n=3),方法检测限小于0.04mg/kg。样品中各元素的加标回收率为82.1%~108.7%。该方法适用于大批量的化妆品检测。

Abstract:A method of simultaneous determination of eight toxic elements in cosmetic by microwave digestion - ICP - AES was developed. Apparatus parameters and eight elements analysis lines were confirmed by experiment. In the range of 0 -10 mg/L, each element concentration was linear with response value. The linear correlation coefficients were more than 0. 999 5, and the detection limits were less than 0.04 mg/kg. Adding recoveries for cosmetic sample were in the range of 82.1% - 108.7% , and relative standard deviations of detection results were less than 10%. The method was suitable for detecting toxic elements in cosmetics.
