| 摘 要： | 探讨了采用ICP-AES法,利用同一母液,一次实现硅质物料中Ca、Mg、A l、Fe、Ti 5种元素成分的联合测定方法,通过试验确定了溶样方法、仪器最佳工作参数、ICP分析条件、分析谱线等。该法测定Ca、Mg、A l、Fe、Ti 5种金属元素含量的相对标准偏差小于2.5%(n=6),回收率为95%~104%。该方法对5种元素的测定结果与国标法测定结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | The simultanneous determination for Ca,Mg,Al,Fe,Ti in silicon material by ICP-AES were developed.Sample solution method,appratus working parameters,analysis conditions for ICP,analysis line were determined.The relative standard deviation of results were less than 2.5%(n=6) for five elements,and recoveries were 95 %-104%.The results determied by the method were consistent with those of national standard method. |
