| Abstract: | The differences and relations between the two forms of reference material in China were pointed out, and the differences between certified and noncertified reference material were also mentioned. In addition,how to tell the certified reference material from noncertified and how to use them and their certificates correctly were introduced. In the end of the paper,the author gave some advice on how to understand and use the reference material. |
