摘    要:碳纤维复合材料导线以其优异的性能近年来在国内获得广泛应用。施工过程中由于人员对碳纤维复合材料导线的特性认识不深、操作不当,可能会使其内部芯棒受损,且导线受损后因铝层包覆而不易发现。采用X射线无损检测技术对导线进行检测,获得清晰的铝层内部芯棒图片,进而判断导线损伤情况,可为导线安全施工及线路检修提供重要参考依据。

Abstract:Aluminum carbon fiber composite core has been widely used in China. The core may be destroyed for misoperation by workers if they know little about this new cable. The damage will not be easily found for the aluminum lamellar outside. In this paper, a kind of non-destructive testing manner was introduced to find the damage of core inside and pictures could be obtained. This technology can help safety construction of ACCC and offer reference frame for line repair.
