| Abstract: | Gas chromatography method was developed for determination of 11 pesticides residues in chilli. The samples were extracted by acetone, cleaned by liquid - liquid extraction combined gel silica 60 SPE column, detected by GC - ECD. The experimental results showed that the linear range of ! 1 pesticides was 0.005 - 1.0 ~g/mL, correlative coefficients were not less than 0. 998 5. The limit of quantitation was 0.02 mg/kg. The average recoveries were 70.2% - 104.4%. The relative standard deviation of detection results was 2.34%- - 7.42% （ n = 6）. |
