Abstract:The pyrethroid residues including fenpropathrin, eypermethrin, fenvalerate and dehamethrin in the peel, pulp and kernel of apple were extracted with hexane -acetone (volume ratio 1:1), separated in quartz capillary and determined with the electron capture detector - GC. The results showed that the recoveries of fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and dehamethrin ranged from 80.9% to 103.6% ,86.1% to 103.9% ,81.3% to 102.9% and 80.1% to 103.8% respectively. Their RSD ranged from 1.30% to 5.18% , 1.32% to 5.01%, 2.09%to 5.30% and 2.43% to 6.39% respectively. The results indicated that there were significant differences in the contents of pyrethroid residues in the peel, pulp and kernel of apples, and the pyrethroid residues in peel is most.
