摘    要:对SN/T1948-2007《进出口食品中环基氨基磺酸钠的检测方法液相色谱-串联质谱》中关于酒类中环己基氨基磺酸钠含量测定方法存在的问题进行探讨和改进。使用氮吹仪去除样品中含有的乙醇,通过C18色谱柱进行分离,以0.1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇作为流动相,在ESI负离子模式下检测。环己基氨基磺酸纳含量在10—10(3ng/mL的范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限为0.01mg/kg。在两个添加水平下,样品的加标回收率分别为99.5%,99.9%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.1%(n=6)。改进后的方法准确、可靠,可用于酒类产品中甜蜜素的定量定性检验。

Abstract:The problems of SN/T 1948-2007 Determination of Sodium Cyclamate in Foods for Import and Export- HPLC-MS / MS method were discussed and improved. The ethanol in sample was removed by nitrogen evaporator and the samples were separated by C18 chromatographic column with 0.1% formic acid-methanol as mobile phase and ESI negative ion mode detection. Sodium cyclamate content had good relationship with peak area in the range of 10-100 ng/mL, the correlation coefficient r=0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The recovery was 99.5%-99.9%, and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.1%(n=6). The improved method is accurate and reliable, it can be used for quantitative and qualitative test of sodium cyclamate in liquor products.
