摘    要:建立了气相色谱-质谱同时测定氧化型染发剂中邻苯二胺、间苯二胺和对苯二胺的方法。以乙酸乙酯提取氧化型染发剂中苯二胺,用气相色谱-质谱方法进行定性和定量分析。该方法对氧化型染发剂中的3种苯二胺的检出限为20 mg/kg,线性范围为0.2~10 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 2~0.999 9。方法的回收率为75%~110%,满足氧化型染发剂中3种苯二胺检测的需要。

Abstract:A gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of o-phenylenediamine, m-phenylenediamine and p-phenylene-diamine in oxidation hair dyes. Phenylenediamines in oxidation hair dyes was extraeted by ethyl acetate, determined with qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The determination limit was 20 mg/kg, the linear range was 0.2 - 10 mg/L, and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 2 -0.999 9. The recovery of phenylenediamine was between 75% -110%. The method is suitable for the determination of phenylenediamine in oxidation hair dyes.
