摘    要:建立液相色谱测定武力拔寒散中橙皮苷含量的方法。以甲醇为流动相A,以冰乙酸–水(1∶300)为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为284 nm,流量为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。橙皮苷的质量浓度在1.190 3~119.03μg/mL范围与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),检出限为300 ng/g。样品加标回收率为95.00%~98.50%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.0%(n=6)。该方法简单、快速、准确,重现性好,可为全面评价和控制武力拔寒散制剂的质量提供依据。

Abstract:A method was established to determine hesperidin in Wuli Bahan powders by high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase was methanol (A) and acetic acid-water (1:300)(B) with gradient elution program. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 284 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ . The content of hesperidin had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 1.1903-119.03 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999, the detection limit was 300 ng/g. The sample recovery rates were 95.00%-98.50%, and the RSD was 1.0%(n=6). The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, which provides a reference for quality control of Wuli Bahan powders.
