摘    要:建立高效液相色谱法测定土圞儿根皮和块根中西瑞香素含量的方法。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇–0.2%磷酸水溶液(56∶44)为流动相等度洗脱,流量为1.0 m L/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为345 nm。西瑞香素的质量浓度在20~100μg/m L内与色谱峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.999 9,方法精密度(RSD)为1.23%(n=6)。根皮样品、块根样品的加标回收率分别为98.8%,98.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.30%,2%(n=6)。该方法快速可靠,可用于土圞儿药材的质量控制。

Abstract:The method for determining daphnoretiuin root bark and roof ofapios fortunei maxim by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 colunn (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μ m)with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (55:44) mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was 345 nm.The mass concentration of daphnoretinin was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of 20-100 μ g/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The precision of the method (RSD) was 1.23%(n=6).The recovery of daphnoretinin root bark and roof were 98.8%,98.2%,and the relative standard deviation were 1.3%,2%(n=6),respectively.The method is accurate and rapid,and it can be used for the quality control of apios fortunei maxim.
