一种EGA—MS系统的标定方法

摘    要:CaC2O4真空热分解中,第一阶段生成的CO中47%歧化成CO2和C;第二阶段生成的CO与第一阶段生成的C发生气化反应,发生反应的比例随样品量增加而增大。用CaCO3标定CO后再用CaC2O4标定CO可以排除这些干扰。本文提出了一个对任意气体标定的方法。

Abstract:Almost 47% of CO produced disproportionates into CO_2 and C in the first stage ofdecomposition of CaC_2O_4 heated under vacuum. The CO_2 produced in the second stage reactswith the C produced in the first stage. The proportion increases with the increase of samplesize. A combination system of a EGA and a quadrupol MS was successfully calibrated firstlywith CaCO_3 for CO_2 and then with CaC_2O_4 for CO. A universal calibration method for theEGA-MS System is proposed.
