摘    要:制备了8-羟基喹啉纤维滤纸片,作为微柱填充物,同时富集了九种痕量元素,并分离了样品中的高盐组分。富集后的痕量组分采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定,回收率为90%~102%。

Abstract:Oxine-cellulose was prepared by binding 8-hydroxyquioline to filter flakes covalently.Many trace elements,such as Fe,Cu,Zn,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Al,Cd and Pb,Can be enriched on the oxine-cellulose microcolumn and then subjected to ICP-AES analysis after dilute nitric acid elution,Various preconcentration and elution conditions(pH,eluant,flow rate,exchange capacity,etc,)have been studied.and optimized at optimal pH,the alkali and alkali-earth ions can be separated as matrix elements and do not interfere the determination of other elements,An enrichment factor as high as 200 can be obtained.The method was applied to the analyses of standard reference materials.All elements except chromium showed satisfactory results.
