摘    要:以一定比例的镧、铈、镨、钕、钐的氧化物配制的混合标准溶液在酸性条件下与二溴羧基偶氮胂反应,632nm处的吸光光度在0-1.5mg/L范围内符合比耳珲律,检出限为1.5μg/L,相关系数为0.9995。方法不需加掩蔽剂。试样实测结果的相对标准偏差<7%(n=5),加标回收率在84%-108%之间。

Abstract:A method for the determination of total rare earth content ingrain, fruit and vegetable by colorimetry with 3-(4,6-dibromo-2-carboxyphenyl)azo]- 6-(2-arsonophenyl)azo]-4,5-dihydroxy-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid(dibromocarboxyarsenazo) is reported. A mixed standard solution of La2O3, CeO2, Pr6O11, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, prepared in certain ratio based on the composition of rare earth elements in grain, fruit and vegetable, reacts with dibromocarboxyarsenazo in an acidic medium. The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.5 mg/L for total rare earth content at wavelength of 632 nm with correlation coefficient of 0.999 5. The detection limit of the method is 1.5 μ g/L. The method is precise(RSD<7%, n=5), accurate (recovery rate 84%~108%), and does not require any masking reagent.
