金汞齐富集冷原子荧光测汞法的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一种用于测定汞的金汞齐富集热解系统。研究了该系统与冷原子荧光测汞仪联用的工作条件和干扰,在最佳条件下的检出下限为4×10~(-13)克汞,分析周期3分钟,相对标准偏差2.5%(1.5×10~(-9)克汞)。

Abstract:A non-dispersive atomic fluorescence system determining mercury which makesuse of Au-coated chromatographic supports for collection of Hg and a water-coolingelectric furnace for desorption of Hg are described. The experimental conditions andthe effects of some organic solvents vapour on determination of Hg have been investi-gated. After optimization the detection limit of 0.0004 ng of Hg, the relative standarddeviation of 2.5%(1.5 ng of Hg, n=10) and the cycle time of 3 min. for entireprocese are obtained. Results are reported for application of the system to a varietyof samples, including gases, liquids and solids.
