摘    要:研究了中药材黄芪中有机氮农药(包括涕灭威、呋喃丹、西维因、甲霜灵)残留量的液相色谱测定方法。采用混合溶剂提取,经Florisil及中性氧化铝柱层析净化后,再经Florisil小柱进一步净化及相转移,进入HyperOSD2C18柱分析,流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=38∶62的混合液。检测波长为220nm,用外标法进行定量,当添加水平为0.07×10

Abstract:A method for the determination of organonitrogen pesticides residue(including aldicarb, furadam, sevin and metalaxyl) in Radix Astragali by HPLC was investigated. Pesticides residue were extracted from samples with a mixed solvent. The extracts were cleaned up by chromatography with a 15 mm column filled with Florisil and neutral alumium oxide, and further cleaned up and phase _ transferred with a Florisil cartridge. A Hyper OSD2 C18 column was used in the analysis with a mobile phase of a acetonitrile-water solution(38∶62 by volume). The determination was performed with an external standard method at the detection wavelength of 220 nm. The relative standard deviations were 3.2%~7.1%, and the detection limits were 1.2×10-11~5.3×10-10. The recoveries were 75.4%~95.1%, and the correlation coefficients of linearity were more than 0.999 9.
