Abstract:The polymer nanometer film for the surface acoustic wave chemical sensor was prepared by solvent volatilization method.The film is highly selective and responds rapidly to blister agent mustard.Its thickness calculated theoretically,was approximately 40 mm.The film was then characterized by cyclic voltammetry.The developed surface acoustic wave chemical sensor possesses a number of good qualities: quick response(the initial response time is less than 10 s),good selectivity,wide detection range(10~200 mg/m~3) and high sensitivity(2 mg/m~3).
