Abstract:Solid-phase microextraction(SPME) head was made of polyethylene glycol 20000(PEG-20M) coating.The custom-made SPME setup was applied for analysis and detection of prometryne in vegetable combined with SPME/GC.Operating parameters in SPME and SPME/GC,such as extraction time,extraction temperature,stirring conditions and adsorption temperature,were discussed in detail.Optimized operation parameters were obtained.Separation and enrichment of prometryne in vegetables could be achieved with a PEG-20M SPME head combined with GC detection.The results showed that the PEG-20M SPME head was quite effective for separation and enrichment of triazine pesticides.
