GC/MS法分析鳗鱼骨油的脂肪酸

摘    要:用乙醚/已烷混合溶剂抽提鳗鱼骨油,用KOH-CH_3OH酯交换法甲酯化,以毛细管色谱/质谱方法测定脂肪酸的组成。共检出27种脂肪酸,其中以棕榈油酸、棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸、花生烯酸为主。

Abstract:Sample of eel-bone oil was extracted with a mixed solvent of ether and n-hexane and the extract was esterfied by KOH-CH_3OH.Then it was determined by capillary GC/MS.27 fatty acids in eel-bone oil have thus been determined with a main composition of palmitolic acid(8.25%),palmitic acid(19.81%),oleic acid (39.55%)and stearic acid(5.82%).
