| 摘 要： | 合成了L-苯丙氨酸键合手性配体交换固定相，用元素分析和红外光谱对固定相进行了表征；该固定相在反相条件下对DL-氨基酸对映体有良好的拆分能力。

Preparation of L-Phenylalanine Chiral Stationary Phase for Ligand Exchange Chromatography and Its Applications |

| Abstract: | L - Phenylalanine chiral stationary phase for ligand exchange chromatography was prepared by treating silica gel with 3 - glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and then bonding L - phenylalanine to it. Enantioseparation of some DL - amino acids were performed by ligand exchange chromatography on this chiral stationary phase with satisfactory results. |
