| Abstract: | We found that the interaction Index of RPHPLC for a given solute decrease as thecolumn temperature going op. The decreases are in accordance with the following equation:in K'=A C C_B B lnC_Band solute retention values at different column temperatures at different eluent concentrationscan be predicted based on the equation mentioned above. |
