Abstract:An application technique of analysis in tobacco flavor and perfume by GC-MS was investigated.It can be injected directly for top flavor,parts of perfume material and parts of flavor for casing,but it can only be injected indirectly for casing flavor.The influences of several sample pre-processing methods on lquid-liquid extraction(LLE),water steam distillation(WSD) and solid phase microextration (SPME) were compared.It has shown that SPME and WSD are better,and LLE is not very well.
